Help make our website better
We're working on improving the Indigenous Services Canada website and are looking for user experience (UX) research participants to work directly with our team on site design and feature prioritization.
What to expect
We'll share previews of future Indigenous Services Canada web pages with you, allowing you to collaborate with us as we build a site customized to your specific needs.
Participating in our UX research is simple and easy:
- participate from the comfort of your home via videoconference
- have your say on previews of the latest designs in progress
- one-on-one sessions with a member of our UX research team to review a series of guided tasks and flows
- choose flexible session times and dates that work best for you
- sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes
- technical expertise is not required. All you need is access to a computer with internet or a telephone
- participation is always voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time
