Ref: 2016 to 2017 recipient audit results and follow-up

Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) conducted a number of recipient audits in fiscal year 2016 to 2017, including an audit of Red Pheasant Band. Please find attached a copy of the summary report and full audit report. This management letter and the summary report will be published in due time. Should you wish, you may provide a written response, pertaining to this audit within 30 days, which will also be published in due time.
As a result of this recipient audit, an amount has been identified for recovery. The audit report also includes recommendations to assist in improving management practices.
