Namekus is an Indigenous-owned advisory service supporting federal departments, agencies, and organizations working in reconciliation, privacy, storytelling, and people-centred change.

Led by Todd Lyons (MSW, RSW, CIPP/C), Namekus brings over 18 years of experience within the Government of Canada across policy, privacy investigations, Indigenous engagement, change management, and public-facing communications.

Namekus specializes in helping organizations move complex and sensitive files forward by translating legislation, policy, and institutional priorities into practical tools, clear communication, and implementable strategies.

Core services include reconciliation action planning, Indigenous engagement and facilitation, privacy and ethical data advisory (including support to Privacy Impact Assessments), podcast production and narrative development, and change management grounded in human experience.

Namekus also offers cultural learning and engagement experiences in collaboration with Métis Jiggers, combining performance, storytelling, and facilitated discussion for staff learning, public events, and conferences.

Services are available through short-term advisory, project-based deliverables, workshops, and ongoing support.
