Product / Service / Licensing
ADTS operates 10 of the largest quarries and borrow pits in the greater Fort Frances area in Ontario. Along bulk crushed & screened aggregates supply, ADTS can perform drilling & blasting for quarry development, as well as quarry operation, hauling & rehabilitation.
ADTS can supply a multitude of heavy construction equipment pieces such as articulated dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, graders, man-lifts and other equipment, for rent with or without operators.
ADTS supplies construction materials & consumables for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial construction and repairs.
To de-risk projects for clients, ADTS can perform turnkey construction, to minimize the amount of coordination and simultaneous interfaces requiring management by our valued clients. Alternatively, ADTS can assist clients with safe, timely, and cost-effective full-scope construction management, or standalone support services to assist client teams with tasks such as construction planning, record keeping, turn-over package compilation, commissioning and testing oversight, training and naturalization of operators and owner’s representatives.
ADTS provides the capability and capacity for clients to confidentially investigate and analyse operational inefficiencies and problems they are encountering. These are often best examined by building high-level, functional models to simulate solutions, often discovering multiple solutions. Additionally, it reveals how business profit can be optimized.
Real world problems tend to have multiples solutions. ADTS can evaluate and rank solutions and alternatives for clients to understand their risks, and courses of action to implement the optimum solution – incl. estimating execution budgets, schedules as well as planning operational integration allowing our clients to make informed, practical decisions.
ADTS provides overall project management services at a practical, innovative, and professional manner. Alternatively, ADTS and its partner network can provide standalone support services such as scope & contract development and management, as well as budget, schedule & change management to bolster a client’s project management team in capacity or capability. Making projects succeed is our passion.
